Shoring
TWF Trench Boxes Type 100
The Trench Boxes Type 100 are mainly used for shallow trenches at inner city projects for laying small diameter utility lines such as water pipes, cable ducts, sewer house connections and equivalent. Four sizes of lightweight MINI spindles, which are fixed to the box plates by just two steel pins, allow a trench width from 660-3210 mm.
TWF Trench Boxes Type 300
The Trench Boxes Type 300 are used for medium size projects and are a combination of light box plates of 60 mm thickness but with our Type 600, heavy duty spindle system which is also used in our Type 600 trench boxes. Consequently trenches of 980-3760 mm inner width can be supported with maximum safety and efficiency.
TWF Trench Boxes Type 600
Trench Boxes are the worldwide most used mechanised shoring system for trench depths up to 4 m. No other shoring equipment is faster and easier to install. Base and top plates are available of different height, length and plate thickness to meet a wide range of site conditions and with various spindle extensions trench widths up to 4.26 m can be reached. All our trench boxes are approved by the German TBG and meet strongest safety standards.
TWF Slide Rail Shoring Systems
Our double slide rails with 'rolling strut' remain parallel during the excavating and lowering procedure and consequently the shoring plates can easily be sunken and extracted even in deep excavations. Soil movement outside the trench is minimized during the shoring process. The massive, single rolling strut offers optimum working room during all operation phases. The rolling strut can be placed at any time at the ideal position for the excavator to work in the trench without restrictions. This
Imeco Soldier Pile Shoring
The soldier pile shoring system consists of steel shoring plates which are guided in pre-installed H-piles and sunken down by the excavator to the required depth using the lower-and-cut method. Depending on the soil condition and the excavation depth, up to 3 layers of spindles are placed between the H-piles to support the earth pressure. The H-piles can be either placed by a vibrator and/or in predrilled holes to avoid any impact to nearby structures. In case of large building excavations the H-piles can also be supported by one or more layers of soil anchors.
Trench Sheets
Trench sheets are cold deformed steel profiles made by a continuous rolling process from steel coils. The sheets are overlapping (not interlocking) and mainly used to support shallow trenches in urban utility projects.
Sheet Piles Cold Rolled
Steel sheet piles are the most universal material to protect open trenches, shafts, manholes, building excavations, quay walls, jetties and much more. In combination with H-piles and pipe piles even the most demanding retaining walls can be constructed.
Sheet Piles Hot Rolled
Steel sheet piles are the most universal material to protect open trenches, shafts, manholes, building excavations, quay walls, jetties and much more. In combination with H-piles and pipe piles even the most demanding retaining walls can be constructed.
GreenWall PVC Sheet Piles
PVC Sheet piles offer many advantages such as competitive price, excellent mechanical properties, reduced weight and transportation cost, easy installation with standard vibrators, exceptional duration, less maintenance and great ecological footprint.
Sheet Pile Connection Profiles
Whenever you want to make special connections of retaining steel walls, we have the right connectors to hold your walls together: • Corner, T- and cross connectors for U- and Z- Larssen profiles • Connectors for cold formed for U-, Z- and HAT sheet piles • Weld-on connectors for sheet piles, pipe pile steel walls, combi steel walls, H-pile steel walls and H-pile combi walls
Trench Struts
Trench strut TITAN 60 for safe working loads from 70 to 100 kN. In wide and deep trenches (large drains, sewers, etc.), generous strut spacings simplify excavation work and pipelaying. The TITAN 60 trench strut is suitable for the vertical trench sheeting often used in such situations. With angle end plates for 140 x 160 mm timber walings.
Tie Rods by Continuous Threaded Bars
For marine tie application SAS thread bars are used as tie rods (horizontal tie rods between two sheet pile walls or as connection to dead man sheet piles) and as ground anchors for retaining walls (sheet piles, soldier piles and secant bore piles). Due to the continuous thread over the total length, cutting and coupling at any length of the installed tie rods is possible. Various accessories such as plates, nuts, couplers and turn buckles are available to meet different project requirements.
