Ground Improvement Became One Of The Most Interesting Fields In Civil Engineering As The Demand For Developed Land Increases All Over The World

Stone Columns

Top or bottom feed systems with custom-made probes/mandrels and gravel hoppers, made to meet your specific project needs.
Mounted to a suitable ABI Mobilram piling rig and suitable vibratory hammer with minimum 800 kN centrifugal force and for installation depths up to 18 m.

Vibroflotation Vibroflotation
Vibroflotation

We offer vibroflots with hydraulic or electric motor for top feed or bottom feed applications with a wide range of motor configurations and for any depth.
If required we can include the hydraulic power pack or generator, compressor, water pump, spare parts and all accessories to make your project a success.
Rapid Impact Compaction

At present we have three second hand machines available for immediate delivery complete with carrier, hydraulic hammer with 9 ton ram weight and ø1500 mm compaction plate.
New machine with ram weights up to 16 tons can be offered in limited areas.

Wick Drain Vibrators Wick Drain Vibrators
Wick Drain Vibrators

Our wick drain vibrators are mounted to the boom of a suitable hydraulic excavator and drive the mandrel with static force by a sprocket gear. If required vibration force can be added to overcome also hard strata.
We offer four models with a combined static/dynamic force up to 835 kN.
Jet Grouting & Soil Mixing

In both cases grout (mixture of water, cement and probably other additives) are mixed with the soil to increase the bearing capacity.
Jetgrouting is doing this by injecting grout with high pressure of up to 700 bar producing large diameter but not very controlled piles while soil mixing uses special mixing tools to create smaller piles but with a defined diameter.
